Maura Ryan

Maura Ryan is the director of online content for mspmag.com, overseeing initiatives and development for Mpls.St.Paul’s award-winning website. Maura joined MSP Communications in 2005 as director of digital media. She was a key player on a team that developed a suite of online channels, including the launches of mspmag.com, tcbmag.com, and ibmsystemsmag.com. Before landing at MSP, Maura learned to be an optimist at Better Life Media, a self-help start-up, where she helped craft and execute the Betterlifemedia.com web and e-newsletter launches. She was also a web producer for Twin Cities Public Television’s national personal finance show Right on the Money! She has master’s of science in journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a bachelor’s of arts in international studies from Hamline University. An east-metro devotee at heart, she lives in her hometown of St. Paul.
