The Reggie Awards , which stand for Registered Builder, were created by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) to recognize the outstanding achievement by member builders in the design, quality, and value of their homes. Conducted in conjunction with the Parade of Homes Fall Showcase , participating builders enter their best new Parade Homes in the Reggie Awards competition. Highmark Builders won a Reggie Award of Excellence for this Single Family Home in St. Louis Park.
