Don't let the Irish-influenced décor fool you, this new St. Louis Park pub offers a wide variety on their menu.

Cooper Pub & Restaurant is the latest addition to Kieran Folliard's Irish empire, which includes The Local, The Liffey, and Kieran's. Located on a hot corner of the West End development in St. Louis Park, Cooper seems poised to draw not only pub hounds, but moviegoers and Costco addicts as well. While the gorgeous woodwork and Victorian trappings speak to Irish tradition, the menu delivers a wider interpretation of a very familiar playbook. Dishes such as calamari, Caesar salad, and a walleye sandwich are featured just as prominently as the more traditional sausage and champ, fish and chips, and steak and mushroom pie. Of course the bar offers Guinness and Harp, but you'll also find Fat Tire, Summit, and a list of sassy specialty cocktails.
