Birdwing Spa's Chocolate Cake

1 package devil’s food chocolate cake mix
1 (4-serving size) instant chocolate-fudge pudding mix
1 c. soft silken tofu
1/3 c. natural applesauce
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1/4 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. water
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Coat a 10-inch fluted tube pan with cooking spray. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Beat until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, and spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
Makes 16 servings. 170 calories, 4 g. fat, 2 g. saturated fat, 31 g. carbohydrates, 1 g. fiber, 3 g. protein
