Salad
1/2 head lettuce, torn
1/2 bunch spinach leaves, torn
1 c. celery, chopped
1 T. parsley, chopped
2 green onions and tops, chopped
1 small can mandarin oranges
Dressing
1/4 c. raspberry wine vinegar
1/4 t. Tabasco sauce
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. olive oil
Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, and mix well. Pour over salad.
