Ginger Hop

$$ | Pan-Asian

The team behind Chiang Mai Thai took over the old Times space in Nordeast and turned it into Ginger Hop. They translated the British atmosphere into a Vietnamese colonial vibe, but kept the pub influence with dishes that play on cooking with beer. The food may have a Southeast Asian influence, but you'll find flavors from all over contributing to innovative dishes, including a kimchee Reuben. The subterranean music club known as Honey serves small plates like truffle fries, bruschetta, and calamari.
