Back at home, they obsess over ingredients and experiment to perfect proportions. The sounds and smells of roasting meats, hand-tossed pizzas and sizzling sauces flow from the open kitchen. Since the first Campiello opened in 1995, the restaurant has received ongoing praise and critical acclaim for its stylish decor and flavorful food.
