I mean taking familiar breakfast foods, like pecan-caramel rolls, and making tweaks that grandma never considered, like roasting the nuts, or salting the caramel to turbo-charge its sweetness.

The Hell's Breakfast Stir Fry is pretty much a scrambled veggie omelet but you don't get to choose your veggies. I saw some yellow peppers and green onions in mine and not much else. It tasted fine, even without ketchup, but it wasn't as exciting as a meal at Hell's Kitchen could be.
