Muffuletta

$$ | New American

Parasole's first Twin Cities restaurant has evolved into a seasonally aware neighborhood bistro. Under chef Jason Schellin, the fare is simple, seasonal, and often locally raised. Though there are occasional international flourishes, the menu's bread and butter is seasonal local ingredients turned into American bistro fare. Sunday night supper, with a fixed menu, follows brunch.
