This attractive but never quite clicking north suburban restaurant has a new chef and management. There's a more polished feel, but the menu is still broad and appealing. Ambience is as charming as always.

My seafood fettuccine was a great size not too large or too small, had lots of shell fish on it all perfectly cooked and the cream sauce was excellent. The apple strudel was very good a nice light crust with a nice apple filling.

Tria in North Oaks could be a lot better, but it still ranks as the best restaurant for miles around. Keep this in mind as you read all of the grumbling and grousing that follows.
