Solera is the stylish, sophisticated Spanish restaurant by Twin Cities’ talents, Josh Thoma and Executive Chef Tim McKee. The menu features one of the countries most extensive tapas offerings, as well as a variety of paellas for those with a heartier appetite. For the wine enthusiast, Solera has an envy-worthy Spanish wine list that offers a dazzling array of Sherries.
The restaurant’s design complements the cuisine with décor influenced by Spain’s northern region and the architect, Antonio Gaudí. As a result, throughout the restaurant there is an abundance of smooth, flowing shapes, warm, vibrant colors and mosaic tiles as well as contemporary artwork personally selected by the restaurant owners during their travels through Spain.
