Indio

$$$ | Mexican

Freshly opened in the Uptown Row building, between Hennepin and Lyndale, Indio is the bright and airy little sister to Cafe Ena. Showing off with vibrant colors and dark woods, the space is small but inviting. The bar area is tiny, but flows into counter seating in front of the kitchen. Look for fresh Mexican with big flavors: ceviche trio, Oaxacan tamales with mole sauce, adobo marinated tuna, carne asada and duck filled flautas. The tequila list is long and carries some weight.
