Stir-fry Seafood Linguini

If you enjoy shrimp and scallops, it’s difficult to beat this combination that’s wok-tossed with fresh semolina pasta, crunchy julienned veggies, and a sesame-teriyaki light cream sauce.

This straightforward preparation of a thick hunk of bigeye tuna seared in white butter, sided with a corn and black bean salsa, and topped with a ginger-lime vinaigrette proved to be a worthwhile catch.
