Roasted Cantonese Duck

Dipped, dried, roasted, and glazed, the duck is sliced apart Western-style, not hacked, which makes it easy to eat. The chow fun noodles served with it are meltingly delicious.

A perfectly cooked fish of the highest pedigree. Never greasy, served with a killer sauce for dipping, and crowned with a dense tangle of fresh cilantro, it is the whole fish of our dreams.

Roasted Pineapple Financier

This small, crusty, and tart-sweet dessert may be my new favorite in town. The roasted pineapple sorbet that accents the teeny upside-down tart is frozen happiness.
