It’s hard to go wrong with this fit-for-a-sultan combination of succulent chicken kebab, superlative lamb kebab, rack of lamb chops, salad, and a mound of fluffy rice.

Turkish cuisine is known for wizardry with lamb, and it doesn’t get much better than this long-marinated, char-grilled rack.
