Beef Tenderloin and Blue Fondue

Cubes of grilled beef fillet on wooden skewers, paired with oven roasted tomatoes, are served with your very own edible plunge-pool of warm blue cheese sauce. Too good to share.

Turkey Dinner

Hazellewood serves it 365 days a year. The turkey is moist, thinly sliced, and served with sage stuffing, “smashed” potatoes, homemade cranberry sauce, and pan gravy. Comfort food heaven.

Clay Pot Fish

This fillet of the day is placed in a stylish, glazed terra cotta pot and simply roasted with white wine, olive oil, herbs, tomatoes, and olives. The result is delightfully delicious, uncontrived, and eerily simple.
