Blair Arcade, at the crossroads of Selby and Western Avenues in St. Paul, is now the home of Common Good Books (lettering on the door notes G. Keillor, Prop.). Inside the arcade, painter T. Olin’s mural captures the spirit of the Rondo neighborhood in the 1920s, with streetcars, the Angus Hotel, and vibrant corner stores that evoke an earlier arts renaissance on Cathedral Hill. 165 Western Ave., St. Paul
