Back in the seventies, Lloyd Koesling and his North St. Paul neighbors gathered together twenty tons of steel, sand, and stucco to build this mammoth forty-four-foot snowman, which has become the city’s mascot. Hwy. 36 & Margaret St., North St. Paul
