Weatherman

Bookmark and Share
Finnish sculptor Sakari Peltola's Weatherman is a whimsical stone reference to Bob Dylan's 1960s ballad, "Subterranean Homesick Blues." Located in Salo Park in St. Anthony Village, the sculpture was created for the Minnesota Rocks! International stone-carving symposium. As a Finn, Peltola shares our state's obsession with weather, as well as its ice-breaking ability to ignite conversation.
