Today's Health Tip
Never, ever do a traditional sit-up. Unless you are an athlete with an incredibly well-developed midsection, sit-ups can lead to a strained lower back and possibly lumbar injuries. Use a stability or bosu ball for support, or get expert advice. And go slowly, focusing on muscle contraction instead of repetitions.
