We asked; mspmag.com readers answered. Here are the results from our online Sleep Deprivation survey. (From the looks of it, we have a lot of tired people in the Twin Cities!) :

1. How many hours of sleep do you get each night?
          Less than five: 7.2 percent
          Five to six: 45.4 percent
          Seven to eight: 43.3 percent
          More than eight: 4.1 percent

2. How many times do you wake up during the night?
          Zero: 17.5 percent
          One to two: 49.5 percent
          Three to four: 24.7 percent
          More than four: 8.2 percent

3. Check any sleep disorders that apply to you.
          Insomnia: 57.1 percent
          Sleep Apnea: 4.1 percent
          Narcolepsy: 4.1 percent
          Restless Legs: 14.3 percent
          Sleepwalking: 2 percent
          Sleep Terrors: 0 percent
          Sleep Bruxism (grinding or clenching of teeth): 36.7 percent
          Fibromyalgia: 8.2 percent
          Hyersomnia: 0 percent

4. What gets in the way of a good night’s sleep?
          Work: 8.4 percent
