The
third annual Art Perchance, presented by Friends of the Institute, turned the
new Target Wing at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts into a carnival on Friday,
September 15.
The
candle lighting in the evening may be too dark for some, but with wood floors
and a creamy tin ceiling, Grand Café is one of the more romantic spots around.
