Ziegler Custom Homes, Inc. is based in Elk River, MN and is a well respected, active member of the business community, belonging to both the Suburban Northwest Builders Association and the Builders Association of the Twin Cities. We are a full-service develop-design-build firm primarily serving the northwestern suburbs. We are currently developing and marketing a variety of new home communities across the area.

Our neighborhoods offer a wide variety of home sites from oversized acreage sites with picturesque views to wonderfully wooded sites with plenty of privacy. All of our developments are within the popular and growing northwest suburbs of the Twin Cities, with locations in Albertville, Big Lake, Elk River, Princeton, Zimmerman and Otsego. We also build on a Home Owners property.

Over the years, Ziegler Custom Homes has been dedicated to maintaining the virtues of a small town builder, providing the personalized attention to help home buyers through the building process. Our dedicated staff of estimators, job superintendents, office support staff and sales people work together to make building your new home a rewarding and enjoyable experience. We have a long standing relationship with many of the area’s finest subcontractors and suppliers. We utilize products and materials supplied by the industry leaders in new home construction. We feature Andersen windows in our homes.
