General Contest Rules

1. Contest rules for Eligibility are posted on the Guthrie's website:

2. Voting on mspmag.com: The Voting period is from July 6, 2009 at 10 a.m. to July 12, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. where finalists are to be voted on by members of the public. Only one vote per computer is allowed. 

3. (MSP) is not responsible for any computer, browser, server, or other equipment malfunction that may or may not interfere with contest entries. Winners will be selected only from entries received by the deadline. 

4. Employees of (MSP), its advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, and their families or households are ineligible to enter/win any contest staged on (MSP) owned and operated web sites. 

5. (MSP), its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives absolve themselves of any liability, financial or otherwise, resulting from any contests staged by (MSP). 

6. Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of (MSP) and may be enacted at any time. Basic Contest Rules and addenda are available for review during regular business hours at the (MSP) office located at 220 South 6th St., Suite 500, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402. A copy of the rules can be requested through the mail or by sending e-mail to kdunn@mspmag.com.
