Essay
I have what it takes to be a real model because that's exactly what I pride myself on being: real. My daily goal is to be just who I am, without apologies or excuses. I try my best not to pretend or hide who I am in any way. I think it's crucially important to be humble and to have integrity in all aspects of your life: work, school, relationships, whatever it may be. I firmly believe that beauty appears outwardly once cultivated inwardly. I am a twenty-four-year-old girl with convictions about faith, life, and relationships, and I plan to live my life accordingly. I believe that I have what it takes to be a real model because I work my hardest to be myself, as God created me, in the purest form every day of my life. I would hope that any person that is blessed enough to have a job in modeling would feel the same way—so that when they are, “modeling,” they are accurately portraying a realness that is worthwhile for others to emulate. After all, being a model is just like being a role model without the use of words.
