Arc, which provides programs and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, held its inaugural gala and welcomed a sold-out crowd at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in St. Paul. Jearlyn Steele and Kevin Kling were onhand as the event's entertainment.
