In business for nearly ten years, Designer Marketplace recently expanded its downtown showroom by 8,000 square feet, creating more room for high-end consignment furniture, rugs, and home décor samples. Most items are priced at 50 to 70 percent off retail value and much of it comes from designer showrooms in International Market Square.
