In fall 2008, Aisha Ghanchi-along with sister Shehan and mother Connie-opened Belle Reve inside the old Denny Kemp space. Boasting a beautiful backdrop of French-Creole décor (rich purple wallpaper adorns the walls and intricate mirrors add a taste of Persian sophistication), the shop showcases upscale women's apparel, jewelry, shoes, and handbags from such contemporary designers as Plastic Island, L.A.M.B., Y? Morrissey, and NABE by Victorya Hong.
