Once a co-op for local designers, this Uptown institution has morphed into a mostly retail space with a funky, artsy feel. About 15 percent of the store's merchandise is still locally designed, with prices that won't break the bank. The frequently changing selection of skirts, tees, and dresses are in fabrics and cuts that pay attention to the female form and au courant design. A smattering of great shoes, jewelry, and handbags finish the look.
