Mom's Agenda

momAgenda

Those “together” moms must have more time available to be so together, right? When juggling multiple schedules and personal deadlines, you’re forced to trim the fat from your social life, while trying to keep an eye on your own fat, and at the same time bringing home the bacon—and, well, you know how the rest of that song goes.

Enter momAgenda, a chic day planner that offers week-at-view calendar spreads, so mom can keep track of her schedule, as well as the schedules of up to four family members. The stylish line of agendas features great colors, a clean design, and sophisticated fonts, and is the brainchild of Nina Restieri, a Connecticut mother of four, who came up with the idea after interviewing hundreds of working and stay-at-home moms. The collection includes sleek journal-like portfolios, family planner pads that can be hung on the fridge, note pads designed for menu/grocery planning, permission slips, to-do lists, and babysitter information.

MomAgenda is another product from the recent crop of entrepreneurial women who are creating new goods, stores, and websites geared toward the needs of busy women. While the moms agree that children come first, they realize that empowered moms are searching for the right resources and tools to manage their lives and responsibilities.

Our mothers sang “I am woman, hear me roar,” but perhaps we’re ready for an updated version replacing woman for Mom.

We found momAgenda, $39, at Epitome Papers in Galleria, as well as a Walker-esque planner by whoMi (shown, $28–$34) that works for dads too. 952-920-2978
